No quest 250 lvl

Before when i was smal red rebel at snow locarion say need 250 lvl for quest. Now i reached this lvl and when i came to him... nothing. No quest ((( what should i do ?

I would like to know in which map does the quest and the items that the quest asks for help please :/

There are so many parts to that quest, so it is not a very simple answer. It is part of the main story of the game. However, the player was talking about the red rebel that appears on map 1.-2. That particular part of the quest is not available until the player reaches level 250. But there are also parts of the quest that must be completed first.
