Great Fishing Rod and Mithril Rod are craftable at the Witch in the offline version.

It seems unlikely that since the other Great/Mithril tools (axe and pickaxe) are craftable online, the Great/Mithril fishing poles are ONLY available offline.

Does anyone know the crafting requirements?

Same as online.
Great tools need 5 steel ingots 1 magic trunk.
Mithril tools need 1 magic trunk, 1 meteor stone, 10 mithril ingots. Good luck.

Because i tried to get meteors and it was impossible so I put one rod in my bag (i wont tell how) and when tried to fish I didnt can, so you can have the rod but you cant fish
