All quests reset, pet is gone

Time of bug: 11:49 pm cst feb/2/2017 chicago illinois usa
Where: i was on map with fairies and red crockies
What: my pet bat is gone and all my quests reset
Why: i contacted madmichael on facebook and he told me its a bug
Other comments: this is setting back my progress, i cant do quests, cant travel the map (i.e. blitzbee) , cant access hotel inventory

Although Gandolf fixed the quest glitch, he had to reset my progress to a time before the bug happened. Becasue of the reset, i lost all my 200 gear. I lost 3 wooden rings, and a level 200 hat. I have been waiting for him to get back to me. He knows about this and hasnt replaced them, but said he has to talk to his team. Im writing this off as a loss, because not only i lost these items, but also valuble time trying to replace them while i could have been making levels. Wooden rings are rare, and used for a quest, and these items should have been easily replaced.

This is off topic, but I like your black mage final fantasy avatar Ramus. That is a great series that has taken up months and months of my time throughout my life.

Thanks. As a mage enthusist i am familiar with the black mage. I played some of the series. If ur interested u might like to check out Mobius. It's really impressive and quite tactical and brave exivius is more like ff7. Theyr both apps in the playstore. And both free. The origional ones are there too, they just cost money to download. If u try either one of them out let me know what u think.
