I bought the "best gear up to lvl 100, at time of purchase i was lvl 85 (yesterday), and didnt get the diamond club, instead i recieved another swamp club.

I think that's right. A L101 player gets best gear to L100 while a player under L100 gets best gear that matches their current level.

I think this issue lies in that new items have not been updated into the purchase. It can be fixed. In the meantime, contact an admin or Dahobbit to see about having the item exchanged. Be prepared to provide proof of purchase.
