Hahaha. That mage gives a quest at lvl 220. First to collect gear, then he teleports u to a dungeon to kill dragons. Unless I'm thinking of someone else.

You're thinking of the NPC standing in fayries island, I believe. Ara's character is in crockies part of the map, where the NPC who fell from a tree is - he just turned in a monk a while ago
