I am stuck my character cannot move

My character is stuck in a corner of a city between a wall and two buildings. I am unable to move from this location. Please help me.

Do you use joystick? If so, please try switching to touchscreen and escape! :)

Do you have pets? Try whipping them around and out of your way, then move.

Switch from joystick to touch screen (if necessary)
Whip all pets away
Tap screen
