Is there any way to get another red bracelet? I seem to have misplaced the one from the orc dungeon needed with the blue one to complete the quest. If anyone can point me to a shop where I can buy a new one.

If that's the one from the chest, then it is difficult.
You can acquire from another player, but then they cannot finish the quest.
You should look in your storage areas (bank, tavern, alts) first though, and make sure you don't have it.
I suggest, you contact an admin, green named on forum, with your account name, and details of the incident.
The admin will check your logs, and see if you are eligible for item replacement.
Once they give the ok, you may get the item from any GM in the game.

Yes, it's the one from the chest. Maybe a good idea to make quest related unique items non sellable or dropable? That you can only use it to complete the quest?

I have been checking all the locations I visited with my character. Which aren't many since I'm level 9 or something like that. Couldn't find the red bracelet anywhere. I'll contact an admin for item retrieval.
