how many neon keys?

hi when I gotten neon key for lvl 250_499
I had pet
zombies killed my pet I lost all keys
I killed agen but the zombies send me just 20 different keys I opened all boxes except 1
what can I do?
which key for it ?
I gotten 2 keys from boxes I think I lost and the zombies no have this key

the white skull key open the door for box but no one open the box
