How do I get this item? Item manual says its value is 25M, but nothing else. Quest? Drop (which monster)? Craft (mats)?

There is a shop in the top right corner of the map above wagon (map 1.3) that sells that hat.

You can try buying one at spawn if you don't wanna try going to the shop. They're still able to be fished.

Walk along right seaside, up to the shop, and you should not meet bees. Spiders, of course, and other monsters, but no bees
