How to get skull key to open doors and chests in east passage. Can someone tell me?

Most are dropped by monsters in that area. Keep killing them

As Arashiko says, they are dropped by monsters.

In that cave there are rooms you can enter, depending on your level. The monsters on the end of those rooms drop keys :)
