Lost bought levels

Hi,

I have been playing your game for a couple days and just purchased 10 levels. It does not say how you access them, and then I loaded a game and had the 10 extra levels. I checked the other 2 saves to see which one was furthest along and the game deleted my extra 10 levels. Please give them back or refund my money.
