I am a new player just only 1 month yet so i dont know much, but i dint gave my email only password. Cuz pasword can be retrieve i heard from others player if person who took my account mesh up then i can retrieve it i heard that, moreover the person who took my account requested ne for playing using my account he said he will use for time pass.

Anyone asking for your password is very very very probably wanting to damage you somehow.
Never ever ever give your password away.
Use safe passwords.
In FT as well as in any life situation requiring a password!

hello gm plz help me my account is lost a guy name syria 1 came to my clan and showed loyalty so i trust him and gave an account name "sumit 2" swordsmen character as he requested me, he said he will play and give me back. Now when i saw he is a scammer i try to take my account back but i can change my password. I gave him only password not an email link to that account, but i can login to that account and i can t change password too, but he can i saw him online always now he remove me from friend list too. I dint gave him my email so why cant i change my password using my email, did he hack my game. Given the time frame of the op, stolen accounts back then we're often jailed. Ardesia responded to sumit back then, so the issue is likely resolved.
Since syria1 has now brought this issue back to light, perhaps GMs can investigate this matter further, if they see fit. The timing of such a post seems questionable, in my opinion.

i just figured out how to use forum never tried it before and i was around 8 or 7 ish years old area. Lol.

I have received my recovery password after clicking the link , but it still doesn't accept the new password when trying to login , it just brings me back to the recovery option
