What is the right way to enter Bal muen.

I tried since weeks to enter...but there's no way for me.
Something is wrong or missing.

Does somebody knows the real way... Step for step... To enter Bal muen.

I can enter hidden room on devil's castle. But I can't read the book in there.

IDK what is wrong... Something is missing or what...

I bring the ring, but IDK to devil or human...it was long ago..

I need a step by step way to enter Bal muen to control myself... Or an admin who can look my quests what's wrong...

After you try to read the book in the secret library, go to the right middle room in that castle near the two portals and talk to the devil that is located nearby. That should allow you to continue the quest.

You cannot read it because it has been wirtten long long long ago, by a devil.
You need a devil to read it.
Ryaca gave you the solution already, and let me add that you might also need a lot of gold, that devil is quite greedy

It looks like that you haven't quest "Break the magic, which prohibits your journey back to your time" at your questbook.
Try totally complete all old quest with main storyline.
Try talk with NPC Ascanius, probably it will help you.

in fact, I would prefer:
if I am archer or mage: give to ninja, secret library is in the clock where you found the ring.

if I am swordsman, dwarf or ogre: give to devil, secret library is behind the king's throne where 2 red flags are in same room of devil.
