East cave help. Chest says locked after getting lvl 250 Archer boots

I want help in one matter. My archer lvl 450 now had got keys in east cave by killing shadow zombies in map 4,0.
He opened all the chests. He got all the items.
After getting items the chests say" u are unable to retrieve any more items now. Come back at lvl 500,750 & 1000".i understand that.
But from the chest where i got lvl 250 archer boots, it says "chest is locked" after getting 250 lvl archer boots.
Can u help me with that. It doesn't say"u are unable to retrieve any more items now. Come back at lvl 500,75₩ &1000" like other chests. Am i missing something?
