West Cave Keys

I know Ogre Halflings (inside West cave) drop keys for the doors and chests. Do any monsters outside the cave also drop them? If so, which?

Thanks for the offer, but I'm ok for now. I'll continue with my attack plan: slow spell, green spell, run, slow, green, run, pray, wash, rinse, repeat! I was just curious, but I'll keep your offer in mind!
