The more alert of you should by now have noted that there are no more names on private houses.

Looks neater and not as messy so I like it. I think you may get a barrage of house requests initially as players may think more houses are available. Otherwise, gets my vote:)

Than god for that change, the game was starting to look awful and silly.. Everywhere I went there was some dumb name plastered on everything. It was completely ruining the immersion of the game.
