Yes it will be added also to FT on the next client update :)
I'd like to say, these are all really great points.
It would also alleviate the potential bug abuse inherent in the current system.

thank you and update the game but I want to know how to earn that skin or how to get it I want to be a ghost for Nagato - if you can do me the favor ask the administrators how do I get it

Post a message in mchat when you are about to log on and wait at spawn. Ask if there is a gm available and tell them you are at the spawn map. You may have to wait for some time so please be patient. :)

As I told you in game, in order to get the ghost skin you need reaching level 1500.
