Who gets the points?

Scenario:

Player-X(10) fighting a monster works 'forever' whittling away at the monsters/enemies HP and just Player-X gets the monsters/enemies HP to the red line and a "kill is in sight". Up walk Player-Y(210) and bing -bing - kills the monster/enemy.

Who get's the EXP points; Player-X who worked his butt off or Player-Y who had the killing blow?

The XP that you get from mobs is proportional of the damages what you did.
