Every day, wherever i play, somebody ask me gold.
i am fed up to send them to work or play for their own gold.
there are many ways to get it , trading, crafting, mining , give some service to other players and so on
once i was at start map, a new player , level 0 , just birth in game , his first words were 'give money, give items'
who knows me , knows i m usually helpful and i don t mind give something to others
But really : I AM FED UP OF THIS BEHAVIOR and invite all players to teach people that in a social game, like in real life, they must do something
to get something, real world works like that and there are no daddies or mommies around all the time to satisfy their needs.
have a nice day
I don t like players that don t work for their gold

Re: I don t like players that don t work for their gold
A good point.
Too many expect to get something for nothing these days.
IRL or in a game - doesn't matter.
Generosity is one thing.
But some will take advantage of it.
So every now and then, you have to say, "enough is enough".
Personally, on my alt, I have a rule:
If they're polite, I'll likely help them.
If they're rude - I tell them to buy the gold from the purchase menu xD
Btw... the begging is much worse when you have a blue name
(this is why I don't wear gear)

Re: I don t like players that don t work for their gold
really , i don t envy the ones with blue name
anyway, they are polite or not , a social game should give a bit of education , is not possible that there are players always broken, means they dont play for real
i give to friends, i give when i m in the mood, but being annoyed when i m leveling is another story, affects my game experience and this is also against rules, if we want
be strict about
at least if somebody want ask in a polite way a little help, should be so gentle to avoid it when a player is in a middle of a spawn

I always have two catchphrases for beggars
"I'm a GM not an ATM"
"I'm a GM, not a Goods Merchant"

"I'm a GM not an ATM"
"I'm a GM, not a Goods Merchant"

Manners go far in the world.
Sadly, many don't know them at all.
Also, common sense is not common practice.
