bone keys chests, one is strange

hello

my swordsman competed that map log ago and got all items from chests, last few days i decided to complete also with my archer, level 194, and most went well.
in a chest just down and right the seven chests area, i entered , clicked chest and instead of the item i got a message saying something like ' u don t need this item , u decide to leave it '
i don t remember this happened with swordsman. Could you explain why i cannot know and choose if i need or not?

I've never done this quest....yet.
But I've heard a couple others explain it.
This item, is a quest item...
But, you need prerequisite quests to get it.


IIRC - this may be the forge part.
If that's the case, you need both quests to obtain the part from the chest.

Even if I'm mistaken, I know you need a quest before you can take this item.

my character already completed forge and diary to get the xp from them, also got items from most chests. just when i reach this, i got this answer, maybe is something new, for this i m writing

This chest contains ring for orc's quest. Try talk with NPC orc at 4.0 (right bottom corner of map) and after that try open this chest again.
