It existed when that map first came out, but was replaced by "Devil's Hoof" in a following update. Currently no longer able to get (as far as I know), and only useful now as a rare collectible.

Similar, but different, if your above post is correct.
Summon Scroll is obtainable in the game, it was not removed.
If this other item was obtainable in the game, but was removed/replaced afterwards, then it should be exchanged for the correct item.
