Going by the rules, players that take up a whole map with one spawn can be considered spawn blocking. Nobody can spawn anything else on the entire map, because they set their auto to fast and it fills up the map limit very quickly, preventing anyone from spawning anything else, anywhere.
I propose instead of a total "map" limit, make it so the limit is designated for that "area". Not only will this help combat against spawn killing (by limiting the max number of spawn for one area that cannot be dragged out) but it'll make sure that one high level player can't claim an entire map for their own. With players reaching higher and higher levels, this needs to be addressed.
Now I know some people will complain saying they "need" that many spawn. No ya don't, if ya need more than 8-12 you're fighting something too weak, and you're actually losing more xp than gaining from your pets having to constantly switch targets (yes, takes time to switch targets, the more times they switch the less time they're actually dealing damage for xp).
You can still set up a fast auto, and they will spawn as soon as they die like currently. All this is doing is separating the limit from a map total, to an area total. That way someone can't come and "claim" an entire map. As its been said, nobody is supposed to "own" an area.
Yeah well, the way it works now.... they can. Very easily.
