When writing such report, please specify the name of offending clan. It can happen that we cannot open images, at times, or that thry are not clearly readable.
Another very useful info is game time

Also that is disputed ground
ADIK on one side… MEGA another

hdhd clan can build there. IMO
BUT not lots of unfinished lvl 1 build
IMO 2 is the limit (or maybe only allow 1 unfinished lvl 1 build )

For the moment, I am not acting on this report, waiting for GM team decision.

ty for reaction
tried to get time lol but it disapears to fast. hard to get ss on my phone.
hdhd 3 lvl 1 one buildings was my reason to call it spawn.
these buildings made defense of mega vry hard.
adik mega is ongoing war and isnt spawn.

no need for action. buildings have been destroyed.

however...

this spawning is happening a lot..
if it isnt reported and acted upon it will continue since it gives the spawner a big advantage.
but im not sure which section of forum.to report it in.
so i still like a reaction and will keep reporting these, even if im.not 100% sure myself if its spawn or not.

If clan hdhd has no alliances in the area (of course we know if they have some), given the amount of level 1 unifinished buildings, it is spam and is goin to be treated accordingly

now i might be a nuicance but what does that mean?
this situation was handled and im not looking for any punishments. but i like a general answer.
clearly that clan was created to spawn so.punishing its duke is pointless. an account and clan is easily made.
so are you tracking parent accounts and punish main account in these situations?

ps maybe a new clan should only be allowed to build after xx hrs?

I wouldn't worry too much about screenshots.
They do help quite a bit, but if you can't get one, it's not the end of the world.
It's the repeat offenders that are easiest to catch.
Just get clan names, and map number. Account names help too.
But, the logs will tell much information; screenshots will give reference, so yes, they can help.
So even in reporting spam building, it doesn't even need a GM to show up, similar to mutes.
Ok, sure, the building is there until destroyed... if a GM shows, and it's definitive, they can remove it.
But typically, all rule 14 infractions need in-depth investigation, and as such, are rarely quick decisions.
I know, this does not feel great in a tense war where time can matter.
Just feel reassured that the investigation can link back to others.
As rule 14 is stated, if the offending accounts aren't linked, then the clan that benefits can be punished.
Of course, that can be abused as well.... so many, many logs to be checked.

Well, this time it has been easy: just a 40 minutes work, including info searching, punishments providing and feeding cats in the meanwhile :)

for something that someone did in less than two minutes...
and that was an easy one... the hard ones take far longer...
