Impossible to talk with Ascanius(finish quest)

Impossible to talk with Ascanius(finish quest)
I got a ring from witch,and now must talk with Ascanius,but arena its not possible.

You need to go to Ascanius' library, north of Silverwood… and look for him there.
Edit: actually, the mage in the Library is Sebastius, but I agree that jorj probably has to close the Library quest line (ardesia)
