Perm jailed accounts are never deleted. Perm jail is just that.

Tossed in, keys broken in the locks, hole welded over and doors welded shut!
Little flap door at the bottom of the door to pass food through, not required in the pixel world!

I can think of a few corrupt politicians where that would be a fitting sentence.
I'll fight for what I think is right!
