Enchanted Wooden Ring

Items.txt says that this ring is dropped by Pharaohs (0.8%) or rewarded when completing quest 626. What is quest 626 (it's not listed in the quests manual)?

I think that's the one you get on 4.0 from the orc

Correct. The orc on map 4.0 (next to the water on the lower right side of the map) gives you the quest for the ring.

No it's that giant looking lava mummy skin.
It's one of the bosses available to only certain levels in the "boss room" I'll never see.
Not on my alt, that is.
