My house back on sale. Please help

My account name drsatyascb has house on map 0,-1 next to blitzcraig house and now its again back for sale. Kindly help. It has worm pets inside. And many valuable items.
Earlier also one time this issue happened. My house haf vanished. That time MadMikael helped by doing reset map. Now again it shows back for sale. Help pls.

A reset will likely not fix it this time, I'm afraid.
There are several others with similar problems.
Only compbatant can fix it, and I'm sure it will be high on the list when he comes online.
Should not be too long, I think.

I am willing to bet the backup is still intact - just somehow, the link from the data to the location got lost.
Only compbatant would know for sure.

If someone else buys it, you don't need to worry either.
You had it first, it's yours.
The new owner will likely be required to move.

I really am sorry for the inconvenience...
I knew some houses were having problems, but it was not game ending (like accounts saying "no such user"), so I decided not to wake compbatant up for that.
I didn't feel it as overly urgent, like a server crash.
It is quite possible I may be told by my superiors that I was mistaken; but, I did what I thought was best for all.
I figured FT would have a much better coming day if compbatant got some sleep.

I know you may not like that answer, but it was how I saw it...

I can assure you though, that house owners are a valued part of the game, and they will be looked after in these sort of things.

There are many so far who have issues from yesterday's bug.
The workload is not going to be fun, nor quick overall...
But if I understand correctly how the houses work, it should not be a long fix, when the time comes.

Anyway, when the house does come back, make a thorough check, and report if anything is missing.
The logs are still there, so the admins will likely be able to know.

All houses should now be fixed - EXCEPT TWO

There was a house owned on map 4.0, that another purchased.
Now, this should not be a huge deal; the original owner is entitled to it, and the new purchaser would need to select a new location.
But, as long as an agreement is reached, things can be arranged.

compbatant is sitting on it for now, but he'd like to get it fixed later today.
If you know these players, please have them contact any GM asap.

Since house owners are publicly viewable, I see no problem in sharing the player names, as it would help.

The original owner is super arch, and LethalWepn is the new purchaser.
Please, if you see either of them, ask them to contact a GM right away.
