The one true God may wield the power of the LK-Blade.
The forge is destroyed, the list of ingredients burned.

I'm no God nor do I desire to be, I am a man of blood and pixels.
The "Lost" in my name simply signifies I have no King, but in FT I have found a Council of Elders.
Now I live by their 13 rules, helping the good people when I can, and destroying the enemies of FT.

It is my lot in life and I relish it!
If a king should come to FT I will dedicate the service of my blade to his bidding.

EDIT:
While levelling with Vlads a young night(58) came by did a funny dance just above me... breaking the spawn.

LK: Nice dance
58: ty lol
58: you have skin
LK: yes real skin
58: i need skin
LK: go to main menu and buy
58: cant my country not on google play list
LK: me neither
58: yes you can.
58: take my character and buy skin.
LK: no cannot
LK please leave I don't want to kill you with the spawn
LK: and I can't spawn with you there
58: you really aren't human are you ... as he leaves.

Hey with the autospawns I get going he'd die in no time. Gotta leave though, dinner is in prep and I'm half waty through to my third level today. ... 50631k/105250k ... or maybe not. Wife making a "picada" will eat here with toothpicks. I like that. Therefore still going ...

236 a possibility!

Effectively out of the game for a while.
Got shop pets, when to Mith mine and parked them by the door.

Went down to mithril, there where three people creating a huge spawn just outside the mithril room, one had two pets parked just out side, but of course the spawn "starts" inside the mithril room. "Mith mining here!", as three Reds attacked me, headed to a corner and killed the obligatory 1. Wend back to mining, and saw something in a language I don't know, the three headed north. Two thirds of the the way up the one with pets logged and came back. His pets went to him, they created a huge spawn and one peeled some off and headed to the entrance with them. I logged and came back with my pets in the Mithril room.

OK now the whole gang is coming south and starting the spawning outside the Mithril room again. I logged ...

No Idea how long they will be there, but I'm trapped!
There are just some people in this game I do not like!

See you tomorrow!

Just so happens I'm on my way to go mine mithril...
I'll be there within ten minutes, I think
You called me strong, you called me weak
But still your secrets I will keep
You took for granted all the times I
Never let you down
You stumbled in and bumped your head, if
Not for me then you'd be dead
I picked you up and put you back
On solid ground

Forgot to do this earlier. Thank you ....

By the time I read your post you were there and almost full, sorry I made you wait but I do thank you for the assistance. My poor dog was wounded and needed a vet to get from yellow to a good clean green health line. The troll glad to say was still in the green line range.

And a thank you to to Leone who PMed an alt of mine and asked if LK was still in the mine. All's well and got two loads of mith, added that to the few ingots I had and made a Mith Pick on the 4th of 4 tries available to me. Still have two Ingots and 2 mith ores for another day.

Took a couple of days to get from 239 to 240 .. and don't remember much of what happened in those two days.

End of month and beginning of month is a hard time for me with "RL" things to do. And with the temperatures like they are, 34° yesterday, and at 23:30 it was still 30° with humidity of 73% -->> it's a killer. But with banks to visit, bills to pay and food to get it's gotta be done thing. And as it happens, I'm the chief bottle washer, go-fer, bill payer and general all around Mr MacGyver, floor scrubber and garbage man. See Mad, we share something in common; garbage man

However, I touched base with two old friends in the game that I had lost touch with. Made a couple of shields for Tarlin, hey she brings me the material, I have no problem. Another friend is doing the same for me with stuff beyond the level I can do so it's a "cycle" that works well.

Today I have some material to collect and will be a slow day, just got in after being out all morning, feel like I've been deep fried in the UVI: @ 8 - low today for the smoke from the fires in the south, Las Pamas are aflame from a lightning storm that struck at lest 500 times, so they say. And in Salta 10,000 people evacuated for floods! Go figure.

So if you see me walking around, in the carbon mine, or at The Rock, crafting, say HI
Mith mining is on hold for a bit ... but still have enough Magic trunks and Meteor stone for 3 or 4 more attempts and making a Rod, not sure but no more than that.

OK, off to carbon mining. I didn't realize that the Blacksmith can't make carbon ingots. Strange.

SO SAD!

Pirates attach Ashdown .... and who shows up but LVL 60+ with pets and at least one knight lvl151

I have a fairy, Cosair(41) living at Ashdown. I wake her when I see the attack notice. Sometimes I can shame them into leaving but when I can't speak the language ... they just sit there fishing and let their pets suck everything up. Players less than 10 leave or grabs bits and bytes here and there.

Is there nothing that can be done to help the new players that get a lot of help from this event?

Personally I'd like to see a new RULE (or apply rule 9 to this event)
Ashdown Event Rule wrote:Ashdown event is for lvl 10 or less to fight, all others either "tank" or heal, strengthen or slow enemies.

... and have it enforced by any GM that happens to be online at the time.

I didn't stay the full 20 minutes today because I am NOT going to help high level thieves. So sad!

Once I remember someone saying "I'm not leaving!" He filled his bag 4 times in the 20 minutes and had to sell in the shop and come back.
When that event was over for the three, under lvl10, that remained I asked them to sell me something for 10k to help make yo for the mess.

As well as it being a bit embarrassing for players of that lvl being there and letting their pets kill the pirates, from a purely practical point of view it is a completely inefficient use of their time.

The xp is negligible and the drops are pointless if you're the lvl 60 or the 150 guy.

Let this sort of event be enjoyed by those for whom it was intended.

Fairly certain (without double checking craft lists) that carbon ingots are only used for higher level items. For items 100+, you cannot craft at the blacksmith or the witch (you need a clan building or a house). It makes perfect sense to me that the blacksmith would not offer those ingots when you think of it that way.

Leone said this best.
The players there are really just not knowledged.
As for punishment... well, I don't see it really necessary except in extreme cases.
Generally, these players will eventually figure out that by killing one monster of their level, they'll get more xp... or by getting one of the best drops obtainable for their level, they will make more gold.
They could very well be there just to test the waters - many seem to think there may be special drops or something - which there isn't, and in game there is no notification of this.

Ok, sure, if a player was going there deliberately to ruin the experience for others, on a repeated basis, sure, they *could* be punished.
Usually though, if you explain to them how the event works, they get embarrassed and leave feeling like a bit of a fool.
