Please be patient. The GMs verify each request before allowing a skin. They will post their answer once they determine eligibility. Spamming posts about it may cause a refusal.

You yourself know this to be false, as you've earned special skins as well.
I've quoted the parts of the rule to which I believe myself to be eligible (in private).
GM service is only a part of the reason. I don't think it alone to be enough.
