You yourself know this to be false, as you've earned special skins as well.
I've quoted the parts of the rule to which I believe myself to be eligible (in private).
GM service is only a part of the reason. I don't think it alone to be enough.

Yes, I have earned skins, and if you had some added as I was fortunate enough to, then you're entitled to those as well.
Also, I am GLAD that you feel that way regarding service not being enough. In these days of people feeling entitled to what they never earned, your post is a breath of fresh air.

They created those skins, maybe this is the reason they have them but you can't yet?

Response by DaHobbit: That is correct. Roultazar is DaHobbit, which is me. I made about 10 to 15 devil skins, but two of them did not work properly. I was frustrated about it. I was talking to some players and two players gave me their ideas, and I used their idea to create the two skins I needed. For their help, I gave them the skin they helped me make. Until these skins are released with the new content, other players are not allowed to have them. Hopefully, the new content will be released within the week. Testing has revealed a lot of issues (including the two skins that did not work), and most everything has been fixed. All of the quests still need to be translated. This takes time. Because this update is going to be enormous, it is taking a while to get all this done. Be patient - I think you will like this update (unless your name is cotne7 - he has complained about everything I've done so do not expect him to like this update, and would really appreciate it if he kept silent instead of offering up even more criticism about the terrible content and wasting his time.)

How to request a special skin

What a special skin is, and which requirements have to be fulfilled in order to be given one, are described in Game Rules post, right after the last rule.
Before requesting a special skin, be certain you've read it.

Since today on, it is no more possible to request a special skin in game directly.
Requests have to be made in forum, as a reply to this post.

If you believe to be eligible, post here:

• your character name
• your current level

If it is a request for the 7-days change, please specify it.

The Game Staff will evaluate the request and edit your post with a granted/refused comment.
If the request is accepted, you can then ask a GM in game for the skin to be given.

No special skin is being given to known shared/traded accounts.
