You can get a new skin for your archer in the game shop, by purchasing a skin item. It can also be bought from players, in game, if you meet someone selling one.
The skins available as purchases are listed here:

The present thread is meant for special skins only, which can be requested when a character reaches level 1500. Your GodRevii is currently level 8, thus it is a little bit too early for a request here
