I brought my friend to the game on my link, but when he got level 60, I was not given 4 levels, why and what should I do?

First of all: did your friend install the game starting by the recommendation system link?
That checked, we need the names of your character and of your friend's one, in order to verify what is happening. You can communicate us those info in a PM, if you wish for privacy
