As this most likely only pertains to my game, I'm not sure if 'Bugs' is the proper place to post this issue or if PMing a GM is more appropriate, however, as I don't know this to be true, I will post.
The Quest, Kill 100 Earthworms...
When I reached 50, the counter stopped even as I killed more. In case the counter was stuck and the tally was still increasing, I mentally recorded 50 more kills. I then went back to the Mine Supervisor hoping I was right, no success, stuck on 50

In the meantime, just be aware that you have to kill worms of a certain colour. Figure out what colour it is, and that should solve your issue I think. If it doesn't, please update.

As far as I know, you're killing the wrong colour.
I really don't know though, as I've not been to the area you're in yet.
I was hoping DaHobbit would give an answer.
Others have completed the quest with no issue, so I see no reason to think it a bug.
and with a screenshot, it will either help you figure out which one works, or you can use it to report in case it's really not working correctly (i.e. "I've killed all these types and I'm still stuck at 50" kind of thing)

I did mention that I've killed 50, so as for the correct color worm, unless the final 50 worms are a different color...
looks like a bug unless its a color thing
when killing ancient worms with brightness low 2 typrs of blue worms looked almost the same. the earth ring of one was a bit lighter, the others was similar to.the color of worm though. iv also confused blue and greenish worms. might be worth playing around with phone settings
however killing 50extra ones and still stuck on 50seems to indicate bug. in 50more the chance that none was the right one seems very very very low.
