Agreed. If this idea were even to be entertained, I would think temp jail would be more likely to be the place for it.

And for every day that The Team (Includes Comp) has to investigate this I'd say add a life time to each one.
Extra lifetimes are for the "extra work and stress" put on The Team

Like RL where some really bad dude gets 4 consecutive lifetimes for doing something REALLY horrible.
