as you might habe noticed i write a lot on forum, often large items.
since i only use phone this is very hard and i keep.rinning into the problem that after i logged in, typed my story, when i submit it iit says you must be logged in. relogging in everything i typed is gone.
As a result of this my stories arent spell checked and even fact checking suffers as well.
it would be great if on auto ogoff a draft was saved or if you could change logof time
auto save to draft on timeout

Re: auto save to draft on timeout
While I'm not sure if it's possible (only Gandalf would know)
The work around is to hit the preview button every so often, to refresh the page, and your login status with the forum.
It's not the greatest, but it works for now.
I've lost many a post as well... my posts aren't short either sometimes.

Re: auto save to draft on timeout
it'll be no surprise that I've run into this as well lol... can be really frustrating for sure - for what it's worth, I've gotten in to the habit of copying everything every couple minutes so I can paste it back in if needed - not close to perfect, but it works

For a big post, I compose it offline (using Word)
Then I copy to clipboard, login to forum, start my reply or new message, and paste.
Preview
Edit if minor tweaks are required
Add attachments
Submit.
Simples.

I use a text editor vs a word processor, just a different tool, faster but the same idea.
Also FF has a nice addon:

Android PlayStore has FF, so you should be able to get the Addon as well. I haven't tried as I don't use any browser on my tablet.
Also there are some Andriod text editors you can get: QuickEdit or Notepad to start with. Copy and past to the browser.
And my cell phone (new to me) was one that was sitting in a drawer for years as my wife's cousin has bought a few newer ones since this one. She gave it to me for installing Linux on an old laptop of hers. It has a screen of 1 3/4" x 2 5/8" and 1GB Ram ... not much good to play on. I use it for: Phone and SMS only!
I'll fight for what I think is right!
