Why!?

The 'Escort Princess Resa' quest has been reported many times in the past 2 years, and this quest is still broken.

This brings me to ask the question, Why has the quest not been removed, and readded to solve the issue?



This will fix the issue and is the absolute easiest fix.

The problem with this idea is the same issue as with most ideas for this quest... accounts which have completed it, or started it but have not completed it may react in unexpected ways if it's changed --- to be honest though, I think the biggest thing (imho) is that the people in the best position to fix it (including myself I suppose) simply see it as a lower priority than new content, or even forget about it altogether. However, a fix is long overdue, so after I finish what I'm working on, I'll have a look and see if I can't find a solution (probably with help from a few who understand the new quest mechanics better than I do)

I appreciate the kind words, though I'm certain you're giving me more credit than I deserve lol. Fact is, the team that's in place now is likely the best it's ever been... as much as I loved the team when I was a GM, we had a much smaller game to deal with, and I'm not sure how well we'd have handled everything that FT is now. Anyway, thanks again for your kindness, and I've got to ask you now to please not go further with it so as to not denigrate anybody else
