I have been busy mining, crafting and levelling up until I was finally ready for this:

Come on, easy, there is only 365 or 66 days in a year, and you do get 2 choices. Take a shot at winning some really neat stuff.
Of course if you read it you'll see the days have been narrowed down a tad.

So now I go back under Silverwood and grind, not coming out until I hut 350. Got three levels so far today hope for before I hit the pit and looks good that I will have 350 by or on Friday.

If you're coming in to mine could you bring a sandwich and a bottle of water please.
Wouldn't turn down a six pack of doughnuts and a thermos of coffee either.

I have died twice and almost another two times in the past few days, due to "chat death", so until I get 350 I am incognito.

Yesterday was an interesting day grinding. Had a couple of GRRRRR moments.

First I see this HUGE spawn being dragged down the centre isle of the Mith Mine to me. And I'm already at yellow from grinding. An archer(97) and a Mage(108) show up, drag the spawn to me and stand back to pick them off at a safe distance. Trapped it took a bit to hack my way out and I'm redlined. I pull away and the archer starts to run south to the mith room. No safety there another spawn, he runs in circles making it bigger bringing it back to me. I'm yellow now and I say.

"You trying to kill me, do you thing think it's fun?"

Yes!

I log!

Few minutes later I log back in and they are gone. Two minutes later they are coming back with another huge spawn, I'm still green now, the spawn surrounds me, the mage stays and the archer runs south and created another large spawn by the Mith room and starts dragging it up. Trapped with no way to run and more coming I wait until the archer gets to where I am. Just turned yellow at this point, I log again!

A few minutes later I'm back in they are gone. I see three people at the top of the map. One starts south, I'm thinking here we go again. My friend Elgur show us. we start talking and grinding together. HUGE swarm being created above and dragged to the entrance. Of course Elgur looses his pet dog. GRRRRR!!!!! so we head to the Mith area and we are mining when another friend comes in Gullandar, I introduce my two friends, and we all start mining. Elgur without pets says he's full and leaves.

Well doesn't Archer(97) come walking in and starts creating a spawn in the Mith room. Gullandar has two shop pets in there, this guy doesn't care, and then he has the audacity to ask US to help him! I walk right up to his pixelface and:

You just about kill me a couple of times and think it's fun. You kill my friends pets and now you want help! NO!

And first thing this morning I see him again. Archer(103) now, and he pulls the same spawn stunts again. LOG!
Back ... he's gone.

Then I had a bunch of Contest PM's to take care of

Yes, last night, well this morning at 03:00 FT Time, I reached my goal. Along three days but finally I reached my goal.

Level: 3 5 0

I would like to thank passers by that brought sandwiches and water one gets pretty hungry and thirsty in that cave. It's dark dank atmosphere was very chilly to say the lest. And the mithril dust from all that hacking away at mithril has got be a bit of a cough now. I suspect it will go away in time.

I didn't do it alone though, GOLGREN came twice, and was there for the BIG 2 5 0! Thank you as always my friend.

And level 248 went super fast. Kulgan, the mage, came as "The Dragon Squad". Have to admit it's still a strange sight to see three Boss Dragons roaming the land.
But I regress, the fight for level 349.

Shortly after getting level 348 Kulgan come, parks his squad south of where am and comes and stands right in front to my pets, The Spooks, and does 2 things, heals me and toughens my armour, well three actually, he picked of the off the odd loose end red monster.

You know what I mean an auto-spawn that brings in 20 monsters but because of how you and pets are positioned only 12 stick around, and the other "blink" out after a few seconds. Well he could pop those suckers off faster than they could blink out. POOF! Up in flames! So to continue, there is he, healing me and the auto-spawn just keeps coming. I tell you, it was THE FASTEST I have ever levelled! Not having to pause things to heal makes a HUGE difference in time! TACK Kulgan!

Wasn't all fun and games though, watched my friend Elgur loose two pets and with the second one he dies as well in a swarm.

See above about the archer(97) only now archer(113) what a {cough cough} and then yesterday another mage(292) starts spawning right at the entrance to the mithril room. I saw it and went running down to help my friend Elgur(150), too late, he was surrounded, had already lost one pet and myself and The Spooks soon got surrounded as well the {cough cough} mage would not stop the spawn but just kept on dancing around making it grow. I logged after my friend died, waited a while and came back ... walked to where he was and, text taken from a screenshot I took:

lol

but later he said he didn't when someone else shows up that wanted to mine. Until I mention 'screenshot' then it was "but I just wanna level" ... RIIIIIIGHT!

So here I am ... wanting Swamp Boots and Heavenly Armor any one seen those? They are in the list:
