How do I request a special skin?

I want a special skin for my second account 'Elnathan'. He is level 27 ogre account.

How do I ask for a Ghost Dwarf skin or a Black Knight?

You request them if you consider you have helped the game in a significant way.

An afterthought : you can purchase a different skin for your class in the 'buy extra stuff' menu of the game login screen.

Each class has its own set of purchasable skins. This way you can't have a mage that looks like an archer, or an ogre that looks like a swordsman or dwarf in your case.

Anybody knows if new specific rules are published by staff? I mean an official declaration by FT about specific activities that make deserve a prize. What i figured among lines is now special is assigned but not by request
