In the east cave there are 4 rooms level related: 250-499, 500-649, 750-999 & 1000+

It's possible to do it yourself attacking and moving away before they can attack, but it'll be a very slow process not only for killing, but getting keys to drop as well. Be prepared to die a number of times if you do it that way, so not overly "fast."

If you want to give it a shot I'd check out the other post first for lots of info. I'd also make sure you have both "missing part" quests.

it is definitely worth doing a bit of background research yourself. Type 'west cave' and 'missing part' in the forum search bar and read through the different posts.
