Can't make progress

Thanks for your tenacity in helping me solve this, much appreciated!

I've doubled checked the snow map rebel and Nelrog's friend (Proditor?) but I don't think I've checked Nelrog himself recently. He's the fish guy isn't he? I'll go and check him now.

I did the stolen book quest, it's a long time ago so not sure now "how" I did it but I'm pretty sure I gave the book to the boy in the campsite rather than the blue devil.

I'll get back to you about Nelrog

It's Nelrogg, that pesky pescetarian!!
I spoke to him then went to the snow field rebel and he spoke to me so we're on our way again.
