1 last thing though, why would archer run away from ogre anyway lol? surely didn't need to use freeze, use fire arrow and just kill the ogre :p

lol. to be honest i dont think archer is weakest. i just said this might be what original poster ment.
the mage is head and shouldders above others. archer and sword are shared second i think, with maybe a slight edge for sword. dwarf is third (run skill can be vry usefull in pvp) ogre last inmy opinion.
but i dont hve an ogre so have notehad much practice.

ps: I just love a good discussion. my wife used to think i was fighting with my mom all the time.but shes the same. spirited arguments lol.

lol... I'd agree with that assessment for the most part - but giving edge to archer over sword. anyway, yes.. always good to have discussion on it - hopefully it helps eventually with finding better balance

1k mage kill 2k archer easy... but archer not weak?... dont sugar coat it... archer is trash atm... it is what it is... if archer could match mages 7 hits per sec then that might even it... but as it stands read above... weak

everybody is weak compared to mage, that's why we weren't bothering to talk about that match up

one can stand there and talk for a bit, then casually take gear off, then talk a little more, then log off lol (I hope next big update will address this)

I'm not sure if I misunderstood what was said here, Blitz, but...
September's update is not going to prevent a player who despises PVP from removing gear and logging when some @$$#*/€ attacks me unprovoked for a PVP battle I want nothing to do with, is it?
If that's the case, I sense a lot players that will have absolutely no remaining interest in FT.
I sure hope that's not the way things turn out. I love this game and the friends I've made on here, but I really do not want anything to do with PVP. That is the only negative thing I can find in this game.

Archers(except dwarfs) are the best againt mages cause archer put all stats to str and use freeze skill. It works only on low lvl. Mage can try to escape with unfreeze pots, but in normal pvp without running archer beat mage.
