Bug on starting game

Time of bug: 1 month ago. (I have posted on game's facebook's page, but no one answered me).

Where: The bug is on the main menu.

What: i've got disconnected from the game, and when I tried to connect again, it appears a message of error, like 'theres an server error, please try again later', something like this. (Look at the picture, its on portuguese because I am brazilian).

Why: I have sura it's a bug, because a have a good internet connection, and I have tried already in diferentes places with different internet's connection, and it keeps happening the same error.

comments: I have been disconnected from the game when I was doing the inicial quest (the one that you have to save a men from the cave, that has skeletons on it, and then you take the men to a village where has a honey production on it).

Sometimes its just server problems, I get this happening to me a bit

But I try to log everyday, and I keep doing it nearly 1 month... There is some bug happening. I want help, or I will give up from this game.

sorry bud, you gonna have to have an admin to help, idk what all I can help with, do clear cache for that app, try reinstalling game too

sounds strange.

please reinstall the app.

restart phone etc.

clear cache.

also, try from different places. worst case, your wifi blocks the needed ports for this app
