Old account won't activate with email

I got an old account around lvl 70 a year ago but when i tryed to get my password and username with my email i recieve nothing on my email is there a way this can be fixed

Check your spam folder in your email, its likely there
If that doesn't work, send me a PM and include your account name and email address
