Quest log
I failed the quest to escort the princess to the king's retreat. (Baby agro distraction). Needless to say the princess got killed. I went back and restarted the quest and completed it. But the original quest that failed still shows in my quest log.
BTW. Great game been looking for something Ultima Online like for my phone for ages can't believe i never seen this game till now.

that is a bug, not sure if it can be fixed

Yes, definitely a bug.
I tried to fix it in the past, but the message tends to come back again and again.
