The MMO and offline games are entirely separate and will appear as two different app icons on your device.

I know that. I was talking about the developer said he had to redo the game for Google. He broke some rule. Everyone had to re download and repay for the game and start the game over. Do I have to do the same for the offline game? Was the offline game left alone or is it new?

The online game was the one that violated the rules. Offline game was not affected in any way.
