Can not load saved slot

Weeks ago I tried to load slot 1 to start the game but found impossible. As I clicked load slot 1, it went back to main menu page with popup. I tried many times, only found the same.
I turned my phone off, restarted and reloaded the game. Same thing happened. That frustrates me as I have to load slot 2, more than 100 levels lower that saved slot 1.
A very miserable experience!
