When I was attacking the enemy's especially when the spawn making it gathers all around me, I can't even see their hp is decreasing.. And they even regained itself.. How can it become?! It happens recently and still happening now with my player.. Because it never happened before with me.. Could it be fixed?

It sounds like you have a dexterity problem and not a bug.
