Ragazzi nn so se sta capitando pure a voi ma sto avendo un problema serio con il gioco cioè nn riesco ad accedere al gioco con la mia WiFi Fastweb .... Cioè se mi connetto con la connessione dati del cellulare nessun problema ma appena inserisco il WiFi il gioco nn mi parte dicendo che nn posso collegarmi al server ... qualche consiglio?

Most importantly, this is the trick used, located halfway in the thread:

They only thing that can be done is manual unblock your ports from your router setting. To do so use a home computer not smartphone or tab, open explore in the address bar type "192.168.1.1" this is linksys router for D link "192.168.0.1" from here login using your router user and password. If degault look on bottom of router or the card it came with. Once inside go to firewall tab, from here should see edit or manual input programs / ports depends on verison of router. I cant really explain it any better, hope this helps

However, I'm not sure if this is out of date or not. I know to access my router the address is different.
But, I'm laying the groundwork here so you (ardesia) and the GMs can figure this out if its still an issue.

None of the italian players I asked about is having such a wifi issue, and I'm waiting for pipidic to tell us if he still is encountering it.
It seems a home wifi related problem and the link you shared with us might be bery useful.
I'm traslating here its main core. Were pipidic unable to sort that out, my next step will be to submit his issue by replying the thread you so nicely provided

Pipidic, SSephiron molto gentilmente ci segnala che qualcosa di simile è accaduto tempo fa; viene trattato in un altro post (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6235) nel quale si suggerisce di usare un browser, da PC, per aprire la pagina di interfaccia del tuo modem wifi (dovrebbe essere all'URL 192.168.1.1) e poi andare alla pagina dei firewall e vedere se qualcosa lì ti blocca.

Al link che SSephiron ci ha girato non trovo l'IP del server di FT, ma vedo che si dice che si usano le porte 5000, 5001, 5100, 5101, 5102. Forse questo ti è di aiuto.

Mi raccomando, NON MODIFICARE nulla nelle impostazioni del tuo modem a meno che tu non sappia bene cosa stai facendo!!
Se non hai familiarità con queste cose, chiedi a qualcuno di farlo per te!!

Parla con i tecnici della sicurezza informatica del tuo posto di lavoro: avranno cambiato qualcosa nei firewall.
Fatti dire se ti serve l'IP del gioco, per farlo sbloccare, che lo chiediamo allo staff

use a vpn. That might be able to solve it. No idea how or why. But its worked for me at the airport.

also, you can probably find a guide online if you google your exact router model, and connect to it with a computer
you will likely need a password though
I'm really reaching here, I'm not that tech savvy
also, you could try contacting Arachnia or Gandalf, and maybe they have some ideas
