It's been said before if you want to help an ally clan build, join their clan. You can always just trade the materials to them. Bit of work but it's possible.

As far as pulling money out, not sure how I feel about that. Could easily get abused and if it were allowed then it wouldn't be against he rules for a duke to juse take out 10b gold for himself.

It works in other games, members should trust and the duque could buy matts from other players with clan gold

This isn't other games sadly. You always have to take into consideration potential abuse.

If you're only in a clan to make money, there are some who will give you gold based on workload which is basically the same thing as what you're asking. The only difference is the money comes from a player instead of the clan.

Otherwise you shouldn't be wanting compensation for contributing to your own clan, the whole idea is for players to come together to work towards a common goal; making a stronger clan base.
