I brought the Fragarach sword to the Orc Sentry in map 4.0. Afterward, I see another NPC with a talk bubble in the gated area just below the sentry, but I can't find a way to enter! Since this is a new map, I understand that the quests, items, enemies manuals are not updated, yet.
Any help is appreciated!

The sword, as stated in the quest dialogue, was a peace offering. Before the orcs or the humans trust you, you must do something for one of them. You cannot enter the gates of either the orcs or the humans until you have completed the quest for one side or the other. However, they both want the same thing. Which side will you give it to?

You have to relentlessly kill Ogre Halflings in the dungeon in the bottom left hand corner of the map, until you get the required keys to open the chests in the top left hand corner.
